Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

You can request cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us at:

After the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Order Cancellation (After Shipping)

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may refuse the order at the time of delivery, but shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided only if:

You received a damaged product
You received a wrong product
The product is completely unused and in original condition
A refund request is raised within 24 hours of delivery

Unboxing video is mandatory for damage/wrong product claims.

Without an unboxing video → No refund / replacement.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds on:

Used products
Products without original packaging
Customer damage
Wrong address provided by customer
“Change of mind” cases

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be issued within 3–7 working days to the customer’s original payment method.
